Xhale is a boutique Pilates studio based in Drouin, Gippsland.
At Xhale we believe in the power of Pilates to enrich and transform your mind, body, and soul. Our classes are designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone giving you a full-body workout and increased wellbeing.  

We have four state of the art Your Reformer studio beds, which move traditional floor based Pilates onto a machine, creating opportunities for whole body dynamic strength, flexibility, and cardio exercises.

Xhale is more than just a Pilates studio, it’s a community of like-minded people who support and uplift each other every day.  We open our doors to everybody and have a range of classes that are tailored to beginners, all the way up to the more experienced practitioner.
