    Hi my name is Ella! My passion for Pilates was ignited through my background in dance. Once I began attending regular session, I fell in love with Pilates, as this style of training improved my strength and performance. I loved how it taught me to connect my mind and body, as well as strengthening my muscles. I aim to make everyone who enters Xhale studio's feel comfortable, confident, strong and refreshed after my classes. Most of all I enjoy working with clients to motivate and encourage them to push themselves to achieve the amazing benefits Pilates brings.

    Hi, I’m Jorgia! I am a dancer and aerobics coach with a love for the preforming arts and movement! I first started Pilates through my dance training, instantly falling in love. The balance of strength and flexibility created through attending regular classes meant Pilates has become my preferred form of exercise as it not only positively affected my dancing, but my every day life! My passion has grown deeper through the semantic practice, calming and connecting my mind and body which can turn any bad day around. I am currently undertaking my training through BarreBody and hope to share my passion with clients to help spread the joy of Pilates, helping everyone to feel strong, comfortable and at peace, with freedom of movement in their everyday life.

    Hi, I’m Kath! In late 2023 I certified through Unite Health completing their APPI mat & reformer instructor course. I live in Rokeby, Victoria with my beautiful little family. I am a primary teacher, Pilates instructor, beach lover, movie buff, and bookworm. I grew up in Gippsland and have been an avid Pilates lover for a few years now. I fell into Pilates after suffering a health injury and needed to build up my cardiovascular strength in a gentle way. I love that it aids rehabilitation for many different injuries for so many people from all backgrounds and walks of life. It strengthens the entire body, brings peace to the mind, and is a wonderful way to meet people and make connections. My biggest teaching focus is around posture, positioning, and breathing. From there your body benefits most, everything flows and gives you the safest and strongest Pilates experience.     I am a teacher, wife and now Mum. I have a beautiful baby boy, a spoilt kelpie, my love language is food and I don’t take myself too seriously. Whilst travelling internationally and performing as a dancer I began injuring myself due to the lack of rest and lengthy contracts. That’s when I turned to Pilates to maintain strength and technique. My classes are influenced by my long term career in teaching movement. Whether it’s your first experience with Pilates or you are a season veteran, everyone benefits from this practice.. Why? Because I find Pilates to be the most effective form of exercise for cross-training, rehabilitation, and overall improvement of physical and mental well-being.
